Drawscape is hiring video clippers to turn raw content of our pen-plotter artwork into high-performing clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You will identify compelling moments, edit tight, fast-paced videos, and tailor them for either our main brand account or niche theme pages.

The goal is simple: maximize views, retention, and shares by packaging our content into clips that people cannot scroll past.

  • Proven short-form clips with strong views and retention. Share examples.
  • Sharp instincts for hooks and pacing in the first 1-3 seconds.
  • Can turn one video into multiple high-performing clips.
  • Fluent in TikTok, Reels, and Shorts formats and trends.
  • Fast, consistent output.
  • Comfortable with CapCut or Premiere, plus captions and effects.

Compensation

  • Ad Revenue Share: 100% of monetization from Facebook and YouTube ads from your clips is paid to you.
  • Affiliate Revenue: earn a percentage of any sales driven by your clips through tracked links and codes.
  • Per-Clip Pay: flat rate per approved video, with rate based on volume and quality.

Videographer (Pen Plotter)

Drawscape is hiring a videographer to film clean, high-performing footage of our pen-plotter artwork process. You must already own and operate a pen plotter. You will capture the full lifecycle: linework in progress, satisfying mechanical motion, finished pieces, and packaging, optimized for short-form content.

The goal is simple: produce a steady stream of raw footage that editors can turn into clips people actually watch.
