Our goal that you receive your drawing in under 2 weeks.

It's hard for us to guarantee a specific time frame because each drawing is a custom piece of art that you will have a chance to review and approve. 

A drawing can go through many review cycles depending on the complexity, which will impact the shipping time.

Once a drawing is approved by you, we normally ship UPS ground which can take a few days. 

International Shipping

Yes! We ship internationally! Canada, Europe, Australia, etc. 

Please keep in mind that most countries we have shipped to so far have some sort of customs fee. This will need to be handled by you. 

Money Back Guarantee

All of our products come with a money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your drawing once you receive it, we will refund your full purchase, no questions asked. 

Returns & Damages

We'll cover any damages that might happen during shipping. Sometimes UPS isn't as nice to our drawings as we are, so we'll make sure to fix and replace anything, no questions asked.
